1. Credit Purchases

Unused Credits

If you have purchased credits but haven't used them, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Partially Used Credits

If you've used some credits, we will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis within 7 days of purchase.

2. Subscription Plans

Monthly Subscriptions

Cancel anytime before your next billing date. No refunds for partial months, but you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Annual Subscriptions

Cancel anytime. No refunds for annual subscriptions once the billing cycle has started, but you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Credits that have been used for eBook generation
  • Credits used for PDF/DOCX exports
  • Credits used for AI cover generation
  • Credits used for any other platform features

4. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using our service:

  • Contact our support team first - we'll try to resolve the issue
  • If we cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours, you're eligible for a full refund
  • Credits will be restored for failed generations due to our system errors

  3. Describe the reason for your refund request
  4. We'll respond within 24-48 hours
  5. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

6. Refund Methods

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method:

  • Razorpay: Refunded to original UPI/card/bank account (5-7 business days)
  • PayPal: Refunded to PayPal account (3-5 business days)
