7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI is created algorithmically. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publication. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

eKithab AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
